Cleared before you proceed

Agents are going to spend. Operators are going to want to be found. Right now that discovery is a pile of gists, mall rows, and hope. I wanted one index that says the quiet thing: cleared before you proceed.

Cleared is not Entropy Index. It does not score regime. It does not invent a merchant's story. It lists origins that already published a machine-readable x402 file. Free to be listed. Paid if you want the attested badge. Spotlight if you want the row loud.

The motion is old. Index first, tell them after. Public manifests exist so agents can crawl. We read those files, put the origin on the board, and say so. Found is not attested. Claimed is operator-owned. Opt-out is real. That's the honesty layer.

Cleared is its own origin: clearedindex.com. This site points at it. Utilities and judgment stay here. The sealed engine stays at entropyindex.com. The index makes it safer to pay a merchant. It does not replace the oracle.

If you already shipped x402, you're probably listable. Submit the origin on clearedindex.com. If you're an agent, hit cleared.txt there. If you're a human operator who wants the week to include inbound from machines, that is the door.
