Catch up first. Build second.

Two jobs keep getting mashed into one invoice. Catch-up: judgment, stack, habits, a plan you can run Monday. Build: wiring AI into a money-moving loop with owners, rails, and measurement.
Catch-up installs the operator. Build installs the machine. Buy build before catch-up and you get a clever system nobody runs. Looks advanced in the demo. Dies in the handoff.
Most people need catch-up first. Not because they're behind as humans. Because the fog is still on the front. They can't name the loop. They can't name the kill list. They want construction to substitute for clarity. Construction can't do that job.
I'm biased toward the plan that makes Monday clearer. Then unlocks or a real build when the front is named. Already deep and the bottleneck is literally construction? Say so. Different door. Honesty about which job you're buying is the whole game.
I live the catch-up side as the install. Frontier agents compressing years into days - with me still owning taste. Lloyd runs my life OS. Maxwell runs EI ops. I stay sovereign on direction. That's the point of the whole stack. You don't get that by buying a build when you still can't name the front.
"Just build us something" is often a request to skip the hard part. The hard part is knowing where to put the pressure. Figure that out first, or the build becomes expensive fog with an API.
Start where the fog is. Build when the fog has a name.
