Keep a human on taste

Full autonomy sounds clean until the first bad send, the first wrong refund, the first brand miss that ships at 2am. Then everyone rediscovers that irreversible actions need a brake.

Agents draft, score, propose, route. A person owns taste at the point where the action leaves the system and can't be cheaply undone. Not a committee. A named brake.

The gate isn't theater and it isn't anti-AI. It's how you get speed without turning liability into a feature. Draft fast. Approve where it matters. Ship. Measure. No gate and you didn't automate work. You automated regret with better latency.

I want agents in the loop everywhere they compress time. I also want a place a person can say no. Brand. Money. Legal. Customer trust. Those are taste surfaces. Models can propose. Operators still own the irreversible.

That's how I install, and how I run my own life. Frontier leverage. Sovereign judgment. Same sentence I use as a filter: compress years into days, keep ownership of direction, taste, ethics, and the life that results. Seal work drilled that into me under a rubric - half the "passed" tasks still had issues on audit. Taste isn't optional.

"Remove the human" is often a fantasy about headcount, not a design for quality. Winning systems will look more automated and still have a sharp, rare human veto where it counts.

Keep a human on taste. Not everywhere. Exactly where the blast radius is real.
